Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier… just browse our Gallery at your leisure and email us if you require further information or more photographs of an item you are interested in! 'Click' on the item/s you wish to order.
When your selection is complete, please supply the information required on our Order
Form which is available in both English and Japanese and submit it to Regina Rose.
Once an order is submitted, we will check that the item/s selected is/are still available.
We will respond as soon as possible with an update on the availability of your selection and with details of Shipping and Payment. The item/s you have ordered will be put ‘ON HOLD’ until we receive your payment or for a maximum of 10 days.

Shipping and Handling
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges which are always 'at cost',
as we do not make any charges for handling or packaging materials.
We are always happy to combine purchases to ensure that shipping is as
economical as
possible!
Payment is required within 10 days of purchase.

Small International parcels weighing up to 2 kilos are shipped by Royal Mail - 'Small Packet Air'.
Larger consignments are shipped by PARCELFORCE WORLDWIDE - 'International Standard' which includes insurance up to £150.00. Enhanced insurance for parcels valued between £151.00 and £500.00 costs £10.00 extra. Packages requiring insurance above £500 are shipped by INTERNATIONAL DATAPOST

to
minimize the risk, we take the greatest care with the wrapping and packaging of our items!
UK BUYERS:
Please email before making a purchase if you require a shipping estimate.
UK parcels weighing up to 2Kg are usually sent by 'First Class' Royal Mail*.
Those over 2Kg up to 30Kg are sent by 'Standard Parcels'.
Please note! We always obtain an official 'Certificate of Posting' for every parcel sent.
This covers parcels with contents with a value up to ten times the cost of a First Class
postage stamp if your item does not arrive.
For items worth more than that amount you will need to pay the insurance charge for
the full value.
*Please Note! INSURANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GLASS OR CERAMIC ITEMS... however to
minimize the risk, we take the greatest care with the wrapping and packaging of our items!
*Other Royal Mail postal services eg. 'Special Delivery', 'Recorded Delivery' (signed for) etc. are available at your request. Charges for insuring UK parcels up to a value of £500 are very reasonable. Packages with a value of more than £500 are always sent by 'Special Delivery'. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore we will accept
'returns' without question for a full refund of retail price (excluding shipping and insurance charges), if the item is returned in the same condition as shipped to the customer.
The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, that they intend returning an item and the item must be returned by the same insured shipping method it was sent, well packaged and within 10 days.
*IMPORTANT!
For International returns, Customs forms must be marked 'RETURNED MERCHANDISE' and
the value noted as the actual retail price.
